ATRVD Productions provides digital creative services, including but not limited to 3D modelling, product visualisation, animation, lighting, and related creative production work.

 

Deposits

Where applicable, deposits paid prior to commencement of a project are generally non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and initial production time.

 

Cancellation by Client

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, ATRVD Productions reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

 

Revisions

Reasonable revisions agreed upon within the project scope will be provided as specified in the relevant client agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur further charges.

 

Digital Deliverables

Due to the customised nature of digital creative services, completed deliverables are generally not eligible for refunds once supplied.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for refunds outside the above circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ATRVD Productions.
